This studio is situated in the center of Barcelona. I is in the district of Parallel, which is a very lively area, full of theatres and restaurants. Either by walking or by public transport, it will take you just a few minutes to get to the main attractions of this wonderful city. The famous Ramblas and city center Plaza de Catalunya are only 15 minutes away by walk.

This cozy studio has a surface of 30m2, and it consists of a living room area with a double sofa bed, a TV, HI-FI and AC, a bedroom with a double bed, separated from the living room by a glass block wall, an independent kitchenette with a fridge, cooker, oven and microwave, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine, and a toilet with shower and hair dryer. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. It is on the 3th floor, and the building has a lift.
